Board Meetings

There are three regular meetings of the Board each year. Specific dates for regular meetings are set by the Secretary of the Board upon consultation with, and the concurrence of, the President of the Board and the Superintendent. The Board’s last regular meeting of the academic year is designated as its Annual Meeting.

Special meetings of the Board may be called by the President of the Board, the Superintendent, by a majority vote of the Executive Committee, or by the request of a majority of the members of the Board.

• All scheduled upcoming meetings are listed on this page as information becomes available. Where applicable, livestreams of the meetings will be posted to the BOV YouTube Channel.
• For regularly scheduled meetings, meeting materials are typically available 5-7 days prior to the meeting on VMI’s Onboard Meetings dashboard.
