Technical Sergeant Clifford S. Lunsford Jr is the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge and ROTC Training Instructor for Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Detachment 880. He serves as the Detachment Key Enlisted Leader and as the primary enlisted advisor to the Commander on cadet academics, military training, and discipline. He supports the cadet life cycle management and completes actions for contracting, commissioning, Extended Active Duty, AFROTC field training, and other events.

Prior to being stationed at Detachment 880, he was the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of Vehicle Maintenance at the 336th Training Support Squadron, where he led a team of 8 members to maintain a 96 vehicle fleet to provide support to the USAF’s Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape training. Additionally, Technical Sergeant Lunsford deployed three times to Al Dhafra AB, UAE maintaining the AOR’s second largest fleet of 869 vehicles, valued at $71 million. During this time he led the night shift Heavy Equipment Maintenance section, specializing in the Bus maintenance fleet, enabling over 210,000 PAX movements during his time there.
